Bob and the team at Unique Ideas were amazing! I completed an online contact form and they contacted me within hours to answer any questions and go through details of the different type of games they offer (this was a total minefield for me!)As we needed a game for our first exhibition event, we decided to go ahead with the Cyclone game which was a huge hit. All the delegates loved it and it brought so much footfall to our stand. Bob and his team made everything simple and easy from arranging artwork to setting up the day before and going through everything with our team, even contacting me to make sure everything was ok during the event! We certainly had the best entertainment there, even other companies were wanting to play and join in the fun. Excellent service throughout the whole process from Bob, Rob and Carol. We have booked this ready for the next event in a few months!
